New Podcast Episode on Human-Centered Design in Urban Development Processes

This time,  our guest in the “Smart City Dialogue” podcast is corporate innovator and urban researcher Dr. Nadja Berseck. With her extensive expertise in Human-Centered Design, she has been supporting urban development projects with Design Thinking methods for several years. She currently works for the Hybrid City Lab at the Urban Design Studio zero360, where she and her team explore public innovation and help municipal organizations create just and livable places in the digital age.

The conversation takes a closer look at the potential and challenges of agile methods in urban development as well as the impact of digitalization, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
