In this episode of the ISCN Global Mixer, Shanmathi Rajkumar and Paul Stadelhofer from TU Dresden presented the U_CAN project, which supports Ukraine’s transition to carbon-neutral and smart urban development. U_CAN, funded by the European Union’s Horizon program, connects six Ukrainian pilot cities with European counterparts to implement tailored innovations and drive smart urban development through knowledge-sharing initiatives.

At the 12th World Urban Forum the International Smart Cities Network (ISCN) hosted the panel discussion “Unlocking Smart Cities: Is open source the key to future proof cities?”.
