Alba Iulia and Arnsberg are celebrating in 2024 the 50th anniversary of their municipal partnership. Through their tandem activities in #connectedinEurope they enhanced their mutual cooperations with a smart city lens, ultimately with the ambition for a joint project to link some of their open data to each other.
